Beginning mid-October 2020, EMG is providing a coaching program on networking called #NetworkingGoals! This intentional 6-week coaching program provides participants the foundational skills to build and enhance their network to advance in their career. There will be a total of 12 coaching sessions (6 small group and 6 individual sessions) to support them in creating their networking strategy. After #NetworkingGoals participants will:
- Demonstrate competence of networking’s “F.A.B. Six” goals
- Have an understanding of how networking can help them grow (both personally and professionally)
- Have more confidence to network (both in person and online)
- Understand how networking is aligned with their professional development
- Walk away with a plan and a tribe to support them in their career journey
